1997: Signed Gucci Crew II from Exec Henry Stone again signed to Caiman Records Inc.
1998: Xclusive Records signed deal with Inter sound Entertainment in Roswell GA.
1999: Xclusive signed deal with Caiman International/quality latino c/o President Roald Smeets.
2001: Opens recording studio and worked with various artist and producers in the market.
